Course Materials

My Tool Box workshops use one or both of the following course materials:
 

CDSMP workshop  (Chronic Disease Self-Management Program)Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions 4th Canadian EditionPurchase of the book is required, as its content is often referred to during the workshop. It is also an excellent resource pre- and post-workshop. It costs approximately $20. You must purchase this book before the workshop starts, as My Tool Box does not supply them.  Once you are registered in your workshop, we strongly encourage you to purchase or order your copy of this book as soon as possible through a retailer.

We are using the Canadian 4th Edition. Please make sure to purchase the Canadian version! 
 

CPSMP workshop  (Chronic Pain Self-Management Program): an accompanying workbook and CD are available for purchase to program participants at the first My Tool Box class. Purchase of the workbook is required, as its content is integral to the workshop. The cost is $20. The workbook and CD is also available through Bull Publishing Ltd.

Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions was written to supplement the CDSMP, but also has content suitable for those taking the Chronic Pain workshop.
